"The unit was not cleaned very well. Very dirty and multiple broken items. I informed customer service and was just told “we’ll let the property manager know”. I probably won’t utilize this rental company again. "

"Designated parking spot right in front of unit… very convenient. Accurate description of the property and it was very clean. Overall Galveston is not the nicest area but we felt safe here and it was a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend bringing sheets for the pull out sofa if you need it… I’m not sure there were any. Also very convenient to have laundry in the unit. Newer washer/dryer…worked great. "
