- Fuori dalla stanza c'erano i bidoni dell'immondizia del ristorante: casino fino alle 2 di note perchè viene gettata l'immondizia

"La stanza era molto bella, spaziosa e confortevole. Il personale gentile e la struttura sopra la media delle strutture alberghiere di montagna. Ovviamente gestire una struttura così grande non dev’essere semplice, quindi può capitare qualche inconveniente ma nulla di spiacevole. La struttura è molto improntata all’ospitalità per famiglie, quindi non aspettatevi un hotel adults only. La colazione ottima e abbondante e rifornita in continuazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."

Stedets Recidence Tennis Coach var helt fantastisk og et stort plus.
Ting som trak ned og gør at de ikke får 5*.
1) Deres guided hiking tur var udelukkende på Italiensk
2) Generelt havde en del af personalet udfordringer med engelsk.
3) Der manglede betjening i cafeen/baren om dagen så hvis man brugte en dag ved den fantastisk hyggelige pool så var det svært at få et...
"I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel.
