"Lovely stay at Versilia Lido UNA Esperienze for 5 nights!
The property is spacious and has a relaxed resort atmosphere. We were kindly upgraded to a large one bedroom apartment with a dining area balcony, which gave us plenty of space and we cooked in the apartment almost 5 nights stayed.
One feature we really appreciated was the in room washing machine with a built-in dryer. When you are travelling for a longer period, having laundry facilities inside the apartment is incredibly convenient...
"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
"We loved everything about this hotel. Convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and was in a great location. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Lucca."
"The staff was lovely while I was there. Very helpful with calling cabs, restaurant reccomendations, etc. The view from my room faced the promenade and the sea which was beautiful. Great location and room was nice."
"The hotel is very well situated in the walled city of Lucca. Everything nearby is walkable from the hotel with tons of food/bars and even the train station, where trains will take you to Florence and many other destinations.
The staff at the hotel will always welcome with a smile and ask about your day! Those that don't speak English, are quick to utilize a translating app on their phones to maintain communication. Excellent experience and will return for a second vacation!"
"We had a wonderful stay at Villa San Michel in Lucca’s countryside. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, and the staff made everything easy. Linda at the front desk was especially helpful, from calling taxis to offering great local advice. Breakfast was another highlight, with excellent cappuccino and espresso included, plus fresh pastry, eggs, and a nice variety of food. We’d happily return and recommend Villa Saint Michel to anyone visiting the area. The dinner restaurant was also a...
