"We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. "The room was spacious and clean, but 'tired', the wasbasin was chipped and the sofa was torn. The main issue was with the dining experience, the 'restarant' reminded us of a 1980's Eastern European eatery! The staff were constantly noisily laying tables for the next meal, often removing our half eaten meal if we left the table to get a drink.
