"Absolutely amazing hotel to stay in, the staff honestly are a credit to the company, I stayed alone for 3 nights back in Nov and had to return a week later with my family as my father was end of life, we arrived to the hotel at 2am with a toddler in tow and the staff were simply the loviest helping us park in a very full car park so we didn’t have to park off site, were very compassionate and said If they could help with anything they would. "The moment you step into the hotel you get the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. A warm welcome from the reception team who gave us an efficient yet friendly check in. The room was amazing very clean and certainly above what we expected. Tea and coffee, lots of towels, comfy bed, giant tv, plenty of pillows. All the staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. Could not fault anything. "
