A very beautiful and unique hotel in a fantastic location, quiet and overlooking the water, but only 10 mins drive to Oban centre. Fantastic help on arrival by the reception and senior staff/manager to arrange a room with a bath and also late dining as we had been delayed getting there. "This hotel is an amazingly beautiful setting with fabulous views. The room was quiet and comfortable and the food outstanding. The only negative was a few of the dining room staff who were rude and unprofessional "

"Be careful when accessing the property. The road is the queuing line for the ferry. If there's a line, check to see if ferry is present - as there may be vehicles coming off. If the ferry is not present, the right lane may be used to access the Corran Bunkhouse entrance."

Nice that they packed us a lunch instead of taking our breakfast that was included because we were leaving early. That was an unexpected nice touch."
