"They indicated on their website that they had laundry facility available. I assume that meant I can use the washing machines and just put in coins to use it. This was not the case there was a laundry service and you had to pay someone to do your laundry.
Also to have a kettle in your room, this was extra, I assumed having a kettle in your room was a kind gesture, but I guess I was wrong."
Erg vriendelijk personeel."
"The Villa has beautiful, lovely gardens, a modern design pool, and excellent staff. Every morning they served
wonderful breakfasts on the terrace overlooking olive and hazelnut trees. The villa looked like it had been recently renovated and was spotless."
"This was the perfect away from the city stay for us. Cortona was just a quick few day stay for us but the staff/sylvia were fantastic. Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. A/c and water pressure from the shower was much needed and the location was perfect for us. It is a short walk from downtown Cortona (steep walk into the city and about 15 mins) but the views are unmatched. Sylvia went above and beyond for us picking us up and dropping us off at the bus station. Highly recommend to...
