"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. Amazing hotel, friendly staff and fabulous break...thank you. It was appreciated. "

"Really disappointed with the property. It could be so lovely as the surroundings are really beautiful. Room is outdated and grubby. Surfaces and floors were sticky. We had no hot water to shower in the morning and mentioned it at check out only to be told it had been rectified, but at that point it was to late as we were checking out. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. "

"The receptionist that checked me in was so lovely! She had only just started working on the reception after leaving air-hostessing and we got to talking because i’m a hotel receptionist too and she really is made for reception! The restaurants were lovely and the spa too! our treatments were amazing and the therapists really listened to our requests on pressure / firmness and what areas we wanted to be focused on more. Overall a really lovely stay, and would love to come back <3"

"We attended a wedding reception at the hotel recently. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with easy check in and check out. The hotel is located in a very quiet setting. We will visit again when visiting the area."
