"They were lovely, helpful, very english speaking. They kept our bags for us and set us up for the airport taxi when it was checkout time. All in all lovely. The room even had little skincare for bedtime and combs and things that are easily forgotten at home! Would recommend"

"Wonderful all around experience Highly recommend to visitors who want to be away from the nightly bright lights, noise and crowded areas. The subway is steps away if you wanted to visit other areas in Tokyo"
