"Hotel is nice and clean, in a convenient area close to train stations, Yodabashi camera & many food choices. So very crowded and busy. Good time to wash clothes is 2am otherwise it’s difficult to wash. The washroom is always in use. Otherwise its close to everything."

"Very clean room, breakfast was good. Location is great"

"The pictures look great! To be honest it was the fifth hotel we were staying in and looked the most promising. However I would say it was probably the least impressive. Although relatively new, it didn't feel it and I'm not quite sure how it's been awarded five stars. All eight of us travelling were of the same opinion and we stayed in some much lesser-known brands with much smaller rooms. Yet I'd never stay here again because it just didn't offer practicality. The breakfast hall was completely...

"Perfect stay"

"My double bed room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel breakfast buffet! I’d highly recommend it because there are few food options around other than convenience stores open before 10 or 11am. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pop in the lobby and we appreciated the filtered water refill stations on each floor. Washer and dryer machines were small and mediocre but expected compared to home appliances. Walking distance to public transportation. Overall very satisfied and...

"The hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of the main train station and is surrounded by major department stores and a good selection of restaurants, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The room is modern and well maintained, although rather compact. The king-size bed is positioned against the wall, which makes getting in and out of bed somewhat challenging, as one has to climb over the bed to reach the other side. The hotel does not have its own parking facilities....

"Très bon petit déjeuner , très varié. Personnel serviable. Le Onsen fait la différence."

"Unique access to train services within the building- both JR line from shin osaka and subway connection only 3 stops to dotonburi area. Staff helpful and attentive and polite. Offered upgrade at no extra cost. Breakfast was amazing and check out at 12.00 was unusual and appreciated for train connection next day to Kanazawa. Arigato!"

"Perfectly fine"
