Please mind that this was off season so they were probably operating under capacity and were able to give us these options. Food was a little pricey but tasted good. Great staff and pool amenities. "We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...

"We rented the Alpine Manor Retreat for my daughter’s ski birthday weekend. This place is great. Great location. Easy to get to Alpine, Pallisades, Tahoe City or Truckee. Clean. We always like that when we walk in. Responsive communication system. Door code didn’t work at first, but was fixed in less than 5 minutes. "

"This property is in great location. I really love the big window and lake view. It’s has access to the private pier which is a big plus. However it’s quite old. The stove top and oven is not working during our stay. And I suggest bringing your own bedding."

"We enjoyed our stay and thought the property was lovely and cozy. The only inconveniences we experienced were trouble with the garage door which we had to manually open and close due to the the motor not working. The kitchen fan did not turn in at all not did the light and in the downstairs bathroom the toilet was loose and I found old used bandaids by the shower window. "
