"Nice location. close driving distance to shopping centre , friendly staff members, very clean rooms easily assessable ,only down side was noisy aircon unit had to turn off ,also shower screen leaked like a sieve water all over the floor , and for a 4 star hotel when you pay the big Bickie to stay there they dont supply you with the essential Bickies, also no plain black tea , you get that supplied at the lowest star hotels ."

"Clean new rooms, helpful staff members, buffet breakfast with a fairly good selection of foods, great coffee machines for breakfast coffees. Also the pancake machine was really fun! Laundry onsite for washing was handy, $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry. Just need to get some detergents. Very nice and relaxed stay, would stay here again no issues! Highly recommended"

"Room was comfy enough with distant water views when lying in bed but when sitting on verandah looked out to a massive white wall and massive white tiled plain verandah. Restaurant was great though and a very close walk to the beach."

"Clean room, needed repairs to bathroom vent which didn't work and was damaged. Hair dryer fused. Staff very friendly"

"We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad"
