"Room on level 7 with rooftop bar above playing music until 1am. Called reception at midnight to complain and were told security would be sent up to the bar. The music eventually stopped at 1am. Would not recommend."

"Very central and very reasonable priced ....quiet surrondings very compact but perfect"

"Loved my stay at the hotel , staff were great and friendly. Enjoyed being able to utilise the 24hr onsite cafe and lounge space for iced lattes when needed."

"Check was easy and our room was ready immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately our room had some sort of plumbing issue. We alerted the front desk, we told maintenance would come by, but nothing was resolved. The sink was completely clogged, and brushing our teeth, washing our hands, anything would not clear. Honestly, it was very gross. Second, we only had one set of towels, even though there were two of us. Last, the cooling and heating of the room was a bit wonky. Turning on the heater was...

"Lovely room, great view, helpful staff."

"Perfect location for a gig at Hydro. Very expensive though and not sure the room was worth it. There was a fault light and faulty power socket. Good breakfast plenty choice, but again very expensive for what it was."

"Staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful. Showed us where things were explained us when breakfast started and finished. Explained how the breakfast service worked."

"Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again."

"Friendly arrival when we arrived. Room was comfortable, with plenty of space to get spread out. Breakfast was good, but limited. Same choice each day. Needs a better variety. Location was good. A 20ish minute walk from the bus station, and similar to the Hydro. Overall value was decent."

"Great staff, lovely chilled spa area, great stay"

"Hotel was excellent for a single night stay. Bar was very nice, but pricey. Breakfast was excellent with plenty choice and excellent menu choices were tasty. Room was adequate, with good WiFi and TV reception. Was a very dark room, but this is part of the hotel vibe, may not be to everyone’s taste"

"The room was not cleaned day to day. Breakfast looked and tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Because we booked through Expedia, we were told we would have to pay extra for use of the leisure facilities. The place looks tired and in need of some care and attention. All that said, a great location. And a tip, if you are going to need car parking, book it online ahead of time and it'll cost half to a third what the hotel will charge you."

"Great Location helpful staff ."

"Location is the best & good room"

"Overall our experience with the Glynhill hotel was pretty good. Their staff were helpful, attentive and accommodating to requests asked of them. We didn't book b&b as that was not suitable for our needs, so cannot comment on breakfast, however we did have an evening meal on three occasions and they were excellent, so I'm sure their breakfasts would also have been just as good. It is advisable to book a table for dinning as they are very busy. In short we had a very enjoyable stay at Glynhill...

"Nice hotel, helpful staff, plenty parking onsite and comfy rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good."
