"The hotel is well located in the centre of Innsbruck within easy walking distance of the main station. There are great views of the mountains from the rooms. The airport bus (Line F) stops outside the hotel. Breakfasts are good. This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and we are very satisfied."

"We had a mostly lovely stay at Hotel Central - the room was clean, the location couldn't be better, and the front desk staff were genuinely wonderful. Unfortunately, on our second night we had no hot water at all. A maintenance man did come to look but couldn't fix it, and the only solution offered was the showers in the spa area, which turned out to be completely see-through. That was an extra disappointment after a 10.5km hike, when a hot shower was all we wanted. On our first night the shower...
