"Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too.
