"The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places. Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. Breakfast was nice, self service Nice that towels are changed daily. The Hotel is at least a 20 minute walk into the town centre. The Fire Station is right opposite the Hotel. Very good bus service from the bus station. Did a day city tour with Bay tours. 6 hour tour...

"Loved this hotel. Friendly staff, large bedroom, great breakfast choices, great location and last but not least one of the nicest spas we’ve ever been to. Would definitely recommend and we hope to revisit soon!"

"The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment..
