"Everything was perfect. Check in was great. Luca (I think) was friendly and really helpful and remembered us when we checked out. We are in the hotel twice and it was perfect. "We got upgraded from a classic double to the Mary queen of Scots room. The room was facing the main road, but it was so quiet, that you wouldn't have known. The room was really clean. The food was really tasty and well presented. That was both dinner and breakfast. The staff was amazing. We didn't want to leave. "
