"A little bit off the beaten track, was nervous on arrival as big old car park was empty and there was a 1 star EHO rating advertised on the door. Bit of a mixed bag inside ranging from Formica tables to snug fire places and old farming objèt d'art on the walls. Check was easy. Room was very good, completly different vibe than down stairs. Menu was limited but all looked good. Skipped breakfast as was up too early. "

"Can’t fault any part of our stay, the house was perfect 5 adults and one three year old. Lots of space, down stairs bedroom with ensuite was perfect for great grandparents. But Top Joes was recommended to me, so i took a look online and thought lets give it s go as it wasnt to far away from where i was working I have to say, i wasnt disappointed. "Accommodation is in well furnished self catering or modern rooms. This is not a hotel. Access and parking is convoluted and is not ideal for those with mobility problems. Rooms are accessed via a staircase. Room to room noise is evident and Saturday night is lively across the road until midnight.
