"Took my dad for a few nights and he loved his room and walk in shower. We had the executive lounge which was great and all staffs from reception to working in there and restaurant were friendly and so helpful.
Only thing I would change is the lighting in the main restaurant for breakfast - too dark and cannot see daylight. Everything else was great. Second visit there."
"Perfect stay, especially for the price. I believe we got a good Sunday deal! Extremely good location, near everything you want in Leeds and extremely comfortable room and bed. Aircon worked well, room was quiet and the amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious! We also ate there in the evening and it was also great (if a bit expensive). There was an alarm on at 10:30 on Monday which I wish they had reminded us of instead of just having a sign at reception. Also the Q park is next door but...
"Disappointed this time. Booked an executive room as a treat, never upgraded before. Upon arrival the room was great, bedroom good & large bath & large walk in shower. Unfortunately the blind on the large bathroom window would not close and as we were on the top floor it was very exposed & i was concerned that when it got darker in the evening, using the facilities would be seen by the opposite buildings. I reported the blind to reception, the gentleman came & looked & it wasn't repairable so I...
