"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. However, the hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs and general refurbishment. Surprisingly, the restaurant was closed to regular hotel guests during breakfast because it was reserved for delegates attending a conference. As a result, other guests were unable to enjoy a proper breakfast. Breakfast also starts at 8 a.m. on weekends, which is rather inconvenient. Apart from these issues, it is a good hotel overall."
