Hotel bedroom excellent, clean and well appointed.
Did not have an evening meal, however breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options.

"This hotel is not worth the money. The toilet seat was hanging off. The shower door was broken the toilet brush and holder were all rusty. In the morning we waited an hour for our breakfast people that arrived in the restaurant after us got there breakfast before us when we checked with staff they said ours was coming after an hours wait we left the restaurant and checked out with no breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel"

"This property is described as “Luxury” on Expedia. I’m not sure who came up with that description, but it is very much at the other end of the luxury scale.
Granted, the building is old, but having read the description, we were looking forward to a high-spec, luxury boutique B&B with parking. Unfortunately, the reality was a world away from the impressive sales pitch.

"We just stayed four nights at this hotel.
We enjoyed the location of the property—not to far from Leyburn, Hawes, or Grassington.
Good location for short and long walks or hikes.
You can walk to the falls from the hotel, and there are footpaths if you want to walk to all three falls. That was fun.
Just a quick drive to visit Bolton Castle—worth the visit.

"Had a lovely 2 night stay, beautiful little B&B, close enough to Richmond whilst also still being in the countryside.
Owners were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was lovely, even had a little fridge and microwave.
We had a breakfast both mornings, whilst watching all the birds and a couple of woodpeckers out in the garden.
We would definitely stop here again."
