"Registration staff Chris was very pleasant and helpful. As was the young lady who broke her leg.
Our room was large and quiet . We were surprised not to have a mini fridge.
The cleaning service was just OK. We had to request toilet paper and Kleenex and make our own bed."
"When we checked in we were put in a room where all you could hear was all of the cars on the motorway. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal because we could keep the windows closed and turn on the AC. Well there is no AC at this property. We did not know that. The receptionist said we'll I can refund your money. That is when the gentleman that was working with her offered us a different room without all of the traffic noise. We put the fan on by the window to bring in cool air.

"We really enjoyed Killarney Towers during our trip to Ireland. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. The pub under the hotel "Pigs Lane" was our favorite spot at the end of every evening!!"
"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The lift was not functional when we were there so we had to use the lift that the employees use which was located in a back room and was dingy. The beds were very soft for our liking but overall the hotel was beautiful."
"The location was great. Our room had a jacuzzi spa tub that was good.
The reason for a less than stellar review was due to the broken elevator/lift. We were (technically) able to use it to reach the 1st floor. However between the functioning lift and our room - we had to navigate our luggage over some steps going both up to a platform then back down. That was beyond inconvenient when fatigued."
