"The staff at the concierge were very knowledgeable and helpful day 1 until 4, On my second night, oct 29th, except for the lady staff who was in the lobby bar, she was not accommodating and just giving us a negative answer when we are asking if there if coffee is included in the drinks voucher, she did not even us told us that there was Keurig coffee maker an the right side corner, she is the only one that"

"My room phone did not work and think it would be great to see a vending machine with needed items like Coke and snacks. Also think the staff could be dressed in a great uniform to represent the history of hotel in a modern way. I would be glad to have a call from hotel to discuss conversation or consulting with hotel."

"10/10"

"Clean room and great staff."

The famous Bean site was a 2 minute walk, the Riverwalk about 5 minutes, and so much more. The parking...

"Large beautiful room. Great TV and choices including pay per view movies. Everything first class. Easy walk to Grant Park and down the Miracle Mile. We love this hotel!"

"Excellent location"

"Property is very nice and well managed, it’s an older space but upkeep is very good. Felt safe as a solo traveller with room card access to room floors"
