"I had a problem finding someone who spoke English when I needed directions in the hotel. My room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. I thought it was strange that there was only 1 coffee mug in a room with 2 queen beds. Shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor. The small hand held shower head did not work."

"Great amenities"

"Good for a older property. The Pub was good and great bartenders in casino on Friday morning on Nevada Day. Great value."

"Clean room"

"Beautiful property."

"Hyatt exceeded our expectations! They even let us borrow snowshoes and hiking poles to take on our day trip to chickadee Ridge at no cost! The restaurant food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Provided complimentary champagne when we arrived and water bottles to take on our hike."

"good"

"We had a wonderful weekend at Old Greenwood celebrating a friend’s wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The condo had three small rooms down stairs, with a small bathroom in the master and the other two shared a bathroom. The open concept living room and kitchen upstairs was dark. The kitchen was small with limited lighting and the living room could use a couple standing lamps for better lighting. It was advertised to have a pool but the pool was closed up and it was 85 degrees outside.and there is no air conditioning. Overall the prices seemed fair being that it accommodated our family."

"Great unit and property. Easy to navigate and communication. Perfect location."

"Pictures on line when you book make it look like you are booking a new modern contemporary condo. In fact the condo was built in the 70’s and everything inside was old and mismatched. Again, it was clean, but my lower rating is due to the misleading pictures "

"When I showed up the room was in the middle of being cleaned but no one was there. I called the help number and did not get a call back for hours. Ended up having to rent another hotel room for the first night."

"Nice location, quiet area, not enough towels, kitchen missing a few essentials like hand towels, spatula and cookie sheet."
