"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Would be nice if they had complementary water in the room along with a coffee maker. Check-in was confusing. Take us in front of us thought they had to wait in line when there were counters open. But none of the staff approaches us and it only had one person who approach the the arriving guest. The check-in staff did not greet arriving guest. "Love this hotel. Rooms clean and functional. Easy walking to great restaurants and shops."

"Breakfast was excellent. Variety of choices"
