"This hotel is not far from city centre nice walk into centre staff friendly and polite rooms are to die for clean comfortable living just perfect very modern hotel food is gorgeous and very good prices breakfast food well what can I say wonderful everything about my experience says it above"

"My single bed room was small but everything worked okay. TV, Hot water kettle, AC, mini fridge. My room was on the back side of the hotel so it was quiet. No street noise or train noise. Very quiet. Coffee, sugar cream and towels were restocked daily. Check in and out was easy. Nice large lobby with plenty of chairs and couches. Hotel is next to the Leeds Train Station. Very convenient."

It's a nice hotel, downtown location very close 3 minutes walk to the Leeds Train station. Check in and out was easy. Free Luggage storage is available.The AC is quiet but weak. The cool air comes out of a small vent in the ceiling."

"We arrived before check in but they had our rooms ready for us which was great to leave our things in the room as we were going straight out for a music festival. The only negative was that we had to pay for an extra breakfast and I thought it was included for all three of us staying. But that could have been my error not noticing it properly on the third party booking site. Breakfast had a good selection, some items were running low but we didn’t have to wait long until it was replenished....
