"We have just stayed in the Prom Hotel overnight and had a wonderful stay. Staff on arrival really friendly and check was quick and efficient. We were in the family suite, which was two separate rooms with a small adjoining corridor and lockable door. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy and quality bedding, however carpets were tired and could do with replacing but hotel itself was lovely and modern. "Brilliant stay . One tiny issue with the radiator not going off but even though it was 10.30 pm the chap on reception came straight up and sorted it for us . Breakfast was delicious and service very friendly . Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will be returning. "

"The Ship is in a quiet country lane 2 minutes from a fabulous beach. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was really lovely, the bed so comfortable and ours had a beautiful view across the fields. We had dinner which was delicious too. A really peaceful place to stay."

Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm. "In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day.
