"From the moment we got to the electric barriers, we were greated by an extremely lovely, friendly and kind man who helped us. Tge receptionist was extremely customers focused, helpful friendly and accommodating. The room was amazing and spa just topped off everything making it more than a 5 Star accommodation in my eyes. "

"The hotel was clean, and the room was large and comfortable, if a little dated. The hotel was busy when we stayed, the restaurant was excellent but service was a bit slow. I had some issues with the parking payment, but the hotel staff were excellent, and sorted out my issues professionally and with no fuss. Would definitely stay again. "

"Excellent Hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and beds so comfy! Booked as was going to a concert at BP Pulse. So perfect location for it. Quick short walk from hotel to venue. Will be booking again for sure"

"Bit misleading to call it an airport hotel, as it is not. There is no way to walk from the hotel to the airport or to the train station. Great hotel otherwise."
