"ended up not even staying half of everything was closed never even went up to the room. it was in the middle of nowhere. only thing that was available was gambling. even the gift shop was closed. got the run a round trying to cancel and finally just ate the 200 bucks it cost me and left. Expedia and even the protection plan I purchased would not give a refund either."

"This was the best hotel we've ever stayed at in St. Louis. It was walking distance from the dome with convenient parking."

"It’s a beautiful hotel. Was clean and nicely maintained. Not much in the way of amenities. No vending machines or store to get snacks or drinks. Valet didn’t offer to help with luggage at all, just got the car. No help with luggage, no tip."

"Very pleasant staff"

"Very nice hotel on St. Louis! We got there late at night so didn’t get to use many of their amenities but the rooftop bar was really nice!"

"Nice hotel next to Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Great service at checkin! Nice room and hotel. The bathroom and tub needs to be updated!"

"Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!"

Hotel staff told us we had to contact Expedia because that’s who we...

"The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. We were traveling with two 12-year-old boys and were very disappointed. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad....
