"Place was great didn’t have towels but host provided them in a timely fashion. Problem with this facility is there is no outside access past the lobby the rest of the area requires a magnet key fob system to move from area to next area to access you rental. If you arrive after hours there is no way to get to your rental bc the key fobs are inside the rental behind the locked doors. I arrived after midnight due to work schedule luckily the key fob system was acting up and I found one entry...

"Stay somewhere else. We love Galveston and Luke to try different places to stay when we visit. The times for checking in are 5pm and 10am. The owners are very strict about these times and will keep texting you throughout you stay reminding you. We asked to drop off our bags prior to 5pm, because we were meeting friends for a drink but was denied because that is not an option check in is at pm. Several times throughout the evening and morning we were instructed to do our own dishes and text them...

"Very comfy place and was perfect for our family. Loved the feeling of having all the amenities of home and right off the seawall. Pool and hot tub was just right as well. We loved it and on our next trip will try to book here again."

"This is a great place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. There were no photos of the inside of the condo, but it is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, small deck, washer/dryer, nice kitchen and living room. Ours had three tv’s and a pull-out sofa. The grounds, two pools and one hot tub are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Beach access is directly across the adjoining road (Seawall). "Designated parking spot right in front of unit… very convenient. Accurate description of the property and it was very clean. Overall Galveston is not the nicest area but we felt safe here and it was a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend bringing sheets for the pull out sofa if you need it… I’m not sure there were any. Also very convenient to have laundry in the unit. Newer washer/dryer…worked great. "

"My family and I enjoyed our trip, this rental property was an absolute dream. Loved the lake view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom mattresses were so comfortable and the convenience of a washer and dryer was a plus. The beach was a short distance from where we were staying. Overall this was an excellent experience."

"Property was nice. The kitchen is completely stocked with any kind of cookware you need. The main bedroom has a queen bed and is quite stiff, all of the other beds were nice. Only complaint is we booked a week with the property and they only supplied one roll of bathroom tissue and one roll of paper towels. We had to purchase our own."
