"First, our A/C did not work when we arrived. They came and fixed that. After we returned from dinner and were preparing for bed, discovered door lock didn’t work at 10 pm. Front desk sent a repairman who arrived at 11 pm. He didn’t have but a pair of pliers and couldn’t fix the lock. He said he would get a hammer and be back. "Lovely hotel in a complex with 2 others who share an excellent indoor pool facility and a good outdoor space with a pool, splash park and sun loungers with access to the sea. Breakfast was busy but very good, we ate at the restaurant once which was very nice. Room was nice and very modern, comfortable bed and good shower. Wi-Fi very good. Bad The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping. No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests. "Il personale è alla teception e ristorante meraviglioso, tutti si sono presi cura di noi, gentilissimi davvero e competenti. Purtroppo per andare sul lungo mare bisogna fare tanti scalini, altrimenti non c'è nulla intorno all'hotel. Anche il parcheggio è su una discesa ripida. La stanza molto comoda, asciugamani puliti ogni giorno ma il pavimento non è mai stato pulito in 4 giorni. "
