"Booked a 2 night stay for our 1st Anniversary. Excellent communication from host. Absolutely wonderful to have been given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom lodge. Bedroom beautifully decorated with swan towels and rose petals - superb touch, along with anniversary banner on the door - thanks you. The lodge was clean cosy and home from home. Amazing views from the hot tub which was clean and covered with a veranda and fairy lights which made it perfect to relax. Would 100% recommend to anyone...

"Nice big rooms and bathroom although a bit dusty room 4 rear facing also used the cups and spoons to make coffee but they was not replaced with clean ones next morning and had to wash them in the bathroom sink (not ideal )lovely breakfast staff very helpful at breakfast ,close to the center parking exspensive if you cant get round the crescent with your scratch card that cost a couple of pounds its £11 a day even tho i have moaned about a couple of miner things i would stay again as it is an...

"Rebecca is a fantastic host made us feel very welcomed and accommodating. The twin room was lovely and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was excellent, local produce and top quality, great service and really enjoyed it. Free parking was great. Close by South beachfront with up to 15min walk to beach. "The parking is limited for the guest house but it's like this for most of them, if you do get a spot the guest house do give you a free parking permit, it was full on our visit so we had to park in the leisure center up the road cost £13 for 24 hours, the room was was clean as was the bathroom with power shower, tea and a kettle provided, an hairdryer, WiFi was a little unpredictable, and we had no natural light or view as it was overlooking another guest house that was so close it blocked out...

Simon was very helpful, we enjoyed the filter coffee machine, and there was a great selection of teas to choose from. Across the road Bella Rosa was a great option for breakfast, Parking at weekends starts at 12 noon and finishes at 5pm, you can buy an all day permit from reception for only £1.50, we did not need this as I have a blue badge, we were visiting friends so never needed...
