"No doubt all the staff were very helpful and understanding, a full 10/10. Drawback number one was lack of dedicated daily housekeeping, unless specifically requested 24hours in advance. Next, no in room phone to contact reception, unless one scans a barcode to access a connection to hotel contact numbers, which is very confusing. Last major comment, since it was summer when we visited, the air-conditioning in our initial room was not working, had to change rooms, even then it was not cooling...

"There was a mix up with the booking so my ages and disabled father was unable to stay in an accessible room. The guy on reception was very helpful and we managed to stay in an alternative room that was adequate. Unfortunately, my room was directly above the gym, which opens at 6am and loud music woke me up. Generally, the hotel seems more geared up to gym and swimming pool users than guests. Overall, it was clean, convenient and has good EV charging. Breakfast was good and the staff were...
