"None of the staff spoke English. Very hard to communicate. Staff was friendly but clueless on how to deal with visitors from outside of China Food offerings were limited. No restaurant, just a bistro Very bad location, away from the city, squeezed in a tiny street. The entrance gave the appearance of going into a warehouse Overpriced. Low value for money"

"The staffi is friendly and responsive. However, the wood window and door is leaky. Other guests are really noisy. No elevator or breakfast. Not quite friendly for young kids or seniors."

"We arrived to be told we had no reservations. Then they admitted we did but they had sold our rooms [3]. They tried to put us in a horrible filthy place down the street not even worth 10$ a night. Then they left me and my friends standing in the sun outside with our bags and did nothing to help us. Expedia is trying very hard for us now to get a refund. These hotel people are bad people. Take money and dump you on the street in a foreign city without help. "
