"The hot springs were amazing. I was lucky enough to see wild deer while enjoying the outdoor bath, which made the experience even more special. There were so many facilities, including souvenir shops, a game center, karaoke bars, restaurants, and even indoor pools. We only stayed for one night, and honestly, it wasn’t enough time to fully enjoy everything this place had to offer."

"GWに家族でジュニアスイートに泊まりました。フロントもお部屋も温泉もとても満足しました。 ただ２つ残念な事がありました。お部屋のグラスに不具合があり、連絡すると確認に来られて、代替のものをお願いしたのですが、忘れ去られ。結局一時間半後に再度連絡してやっと持ってきてもらえました。 もう一つは、ターンダウンのサービスがあり、その際にチョコレートと水をご用意しますとチェックインの時に教えてもらったのですが、それが無かったこと。 チェックアウトの時に聞くと、あらかじめチョコレートと水は用意しておりますがと言われて、こちらは？？になりました。 水もチョコレートも無かったし、当たり前にあると思ってたターンダウンも無かったし……普通にすみません、と謝られて終わりました。他のホテルなら、ちゃんと状況確認してくれるのにな、と残念でした。"

"Newer, gorgeous property with Ainu elements at a serene part of the small town. Nice, minimally designed room with great view of the lake, great for a relax trip. Onsen water is brownish and feels v therapeutic, smoothening for the skin. Food is alright, breakfast portion is a little small. Unlike other similar grade onsen hotels, there is no drinks provided in the room - only a jug of water, this is rather disappointing. Can't be sure the water is fresh. If this is due to environmental...
