"The room was ok and staff were ok. The room was cleaned but not to a great standard. Car parking is good as there are loads of spaces. Windows aren’t sound proofed so unfortunately I had to listen to loud noise and music and loud cars outside until half 12 in the morning which isn’t great on an early start. I paid extra for breakfast on the 2 nights I stopped but unfortunately due to the size of the seating area and the hot plates the Q is massive and to small for the guests that are there and...

"Room was nice size . Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Big problem was it was like sleeping in a sauna. No ventilation. Windows restricted to openings of about two inches, No AC and the fan provided was completely ineffective. I would not stay here again unless it is the middle of winter."

"We had an excellent experience. The staff provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary feel truly special by beautifully decorating the room. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the steam room was not working during our visit, which was a shame as we had been looking forward to using it. "incredible, attention to detail spot on, staff extremely helpful & they have electric car chargers which is super helpful & they guide you through the simple process of charging your vehicle. Air conditioning in the rooms as standard. in general, highly recommend."

"Completely adequate room for our needs as we were visiting Leeds Castle for a concert. Room was clean although very hot as we are mid heat wave at time of writing…no air con but fans provided to take the edge off. Staff were pretty friendly, decent buffet breakfast with good ‘full English’ offering. Well stocked, reasonably priced bar."
