"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. "Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for traveling from Shanghai to Huangshan City (close to the bus and train station, also about 20 minutes from the high speed train terminal). Decent location for getting to Huangshan Mountain, but expensive if taking taxis (~$30 each way). Make sure to book return train ticket to Shanghai in advance, they fill up!"

"I had good experience with this hotel several weeks ago. Friendly staff, good food at its restaurant. I strongly recommend their restaurant for its tasty, authentic local food. Do not go to other restaurants: food there is not only expensive but also unhygienic and disappointing! Stay with Yeechoi. Good job, Yeechoi!"

"The JOYMOON hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel was amazing for the price. Service checking-in was a bit questionable. No smiles or welcoming - all business! I stayed on the main road side which was very loud with the chronic sounds of vehicle horns of all hours. If you're planning a trip to the Yellow Mountains - JOYMOON is quite a distance from the mountains - short cab ride from hotel to bus (7 CNY) then "local" bus to town outside mountain area...
