"Wish there’s ice and water machines every floor. Restaurant was closed on our arrival day. Parking lot can use some maintenance. We had complimentary wine offer last time. Nice to have EV charging but parking was really expensive."

"The property was pet friendly with lots of room for our family. It was close to Niagara falls and places to get food/groceries. It was fairly easy to find and is located in a nice neighborhood. The property was clean and well prepared."

"Absolutely an adorable B & B. The house is full of many antiques. Every inch of the house has art collections. The suite was charming and very spacious. The garden was spectacular. We sat outside and had tea one afternoon. We were there 3 nights and every morning there was a different hot breakfast. We had an opportunity to chat with the host 2 morning. They were very accommodating on the breakfast serving times."

"We were impressed with the completeness of what was made available to us in the basement unit/apartment (I think many of the photos are showing the main unit and not the basement one). It was very clean, comfortable, with many amenities. It was the perfect size/space for us two for a week. Location was very convenient - very suburban, quiet, and a quick drive to everything you could need/want including a variety of grocery stores. The ONLY thing lacking was no dining table/TV tables and no...
