"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were nice especially the ones working at Wembley Cafe and the Chinese doorman uncle who was always concerned about my mom who has mobility issues. He would ask if we needed wheelchair and would open the door for us and even accompanying us to the lift to hold the door. Decor wise - the hotel was a little dated. "It was not my first stay and for sure not my last one at iconic Hotel. In my opinion it’s the best option when you are looking for a hotel in that area. It’s surrounded by all styles of restaurants, bars and shops, and in walking distance to a food court. In addition to the clean and comfortable hotel itself, it’s a great package."

I think perhaps it was the was the steps were designed, I almost tripped a couple times at the turn of the stairs. They should put a lamp on the table under the stairs because it was too dark as well. There was zero artwork in the room.
