"The front desk staff were very polite and kind making check-in easy. The room was smaller than I expected, but overall clean. I could, however, hear my neighbor throughout the night and doors closing in the hallway. The location was ok, but a little expensive for what you get."

"Personally i really like the room which is perfect for a flash trip. If all u need is a comfy bed. Also the large window with automatic curtains is chilling out. The only thing is the location. There are underground and bus stop. However, the way to hotel is quite steep which is not that friendly for luggage. Other than that everything is great. The breakfast is perfect with the rooftop view. "

"Very nice room in good location. Clean and comfortable. No bed bugs. Room is a bit small but not unexpected in Seoul. Nothing to complain about. Oh they have that clothes styling machine which is useful for drying clothes."

"Solid hotel with airport bus limo stop right outside the front door. Fitness area was just okay and I thought they overcharged for the laundry facilities. That said the staff is very nice and bottled water is complimentary. "
