"We loved the location staff was helpful however there are signs of wear and tear everywhere. Worn carpets, chunks of plaster missing pieces of wood off the doors missing and non working light bulbs in the room. I’m hoping it’s because it’s the end of a busy season and they plan on repairing everything in the winter. Restaurant was nice but seemed a little understaffed. Had to get up and go to the bar to get a refill of my wine after waiting and waiting. Food was good"

"Cozy Inn in an amazing Cornish harbour location. Loved every minute sitting on the windowsill and watching the ongoings outside. Lovely cooked breakfast and traditional pub downstairs. Will come again!"

"Unusual "arty" decor. Very clean. Rooms and beds are very small. Breakfast NOT included. Staff friendly and cheerful. Good location."

"Staff were very helpful. Breakfast’s good and the room was clean."

"A brilliant cosy home like hotel with a lovely well comfortable room. The door entrance system was explained at check in and was easy to navigate. Highly recommend staying here for anyone wanting to access the local area. It’s also a gentle walk from the hotel along the beach front into the town. Staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Fantastic hotel! Thank you"

"We had a good welcome by Mark on our arrival who took time to tell us about the area and transport. The room was comfortable and clean and had a fridge with fresh water and milk everyday. Very good choice of breakfast, cooked and presented well. There is also private parking on the grounds. The Mustard tree is located within walking distance for the train station and also a beautiful walk along coast to St. Ives. Also there are plenty of beaches in the local area."

"A little B&B run by a nice couple. Super convenient to the Penzance rail station. (Literally 2 minutes on foot) Great value, great breakfast. In my room the ceiling fan was a bit wonky, but otherwise no problems. I would definitely consider staying again."

"Excellent stay, felt very welcoming upon arrival. Was even offered a room with a larger bed due to my height, but the bed and the room we booked was amazing. Looking forward to our next stay."

"Beautiful property and garden in lovely and serene surroundings. Good breakfast, friendly hosts, friends made. A perfect stay."

"The Dunedin was the perfect place to stay in Penzance. Duncan and Shaline were wonderful hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order which was a great way to start the day. The room was large and fitted with everything we needed. It’s a great location to walk anywhere in Penzance and also to drive or train anywhere else in western Cornwall. I highly recommend The Dunedin."
