"Excellent facilities, exceptionally clean, new sunbeds, great pool area, vast breakfast choice, excellent happy staff, comfortable bedroom. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Freshly cooked lunchtime menu by the pool. The only negative is the toilet cubicle in the bedroom is very small, open plan with a glass door and limits privacy. I wouldn’t let this put me off coming again though!"

"Excellent hotel with amazing staff and services. Everything from location to easy access to transportation. Pharmacy next door, supermarket and bus stop a very short walk away. Maintenance at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Staff are always at hand and are greeting you with smiles and asking if you need anything to please you. We lacked nothing. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Front desk coordinated tours and taxis and everything was seamless. This is a very high quality hotel with attention to detail. The name JS Palma Stay should read JS Palma Stay Forever because you won’t want to leave, Lastly, they made us feel special and we thank them for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We had a brilliant stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, it’s spotlessly clean, comfortable, and all the staff are wonderful! The prices are all really reasonable. The pool is a lovely area and it’s a great location to be able to watch the sunset. We also hired bikes which made for a great day out. All round loved it and couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you! "Loved the hotel and where it’s situated. The views from our hotel room on the 9th floor was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I would definitely recommend all inclusive when booking the hotel. Supermarket on the lower ground floor has everything you need. The amenities and customer services are 👌 10/10. The staff are always friendly and helpful and can accommodate requests. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely come back. "
