"Lovely place and clean. The staff are so helpful; they're excellent and couldn't wish for better. The hotel is very well placed for The Arena/Piazza Bra as well as Piazza Erbe - lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short walk to "Juliet's Balcony & house". Trains to Lake Garda and beyond; the bus to other places. Very cheap and the train in particular was very reliable. Our ultimate accolade for the hotel is: We would gladly stay there again. "This hotel was quite lovely, a 2 km walk from the ferry but busy enough to find, a very short walk to the lakefront, hotel was awesome it had a heated outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool plus Jacuzzi steam room and sauna all included in the price of the room, the rooms were spacious with large bathrooms, the breakfast was also, and it was extremely good with lots of choices, I would highly recommend this hotel"
