"The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. "Power went out at night with no backup generators, and took 30min-45min for them to come back. Hotels next door had power.. AC was in and out and the shower was very small."

The negatives — Beach service and food choice at the beach was underwhelming and not what I am accustomed to in a luxury beach accommodation. Went to dinner in the hotel the first night and did return. Staff are not properly trained. Our server was pompous. It’s a really bad idea to lecture guests about the quality of...
"Excellent location, clean, room was excellent as described, with sea view, parking and umbrella include in price, staff in restorant was rough, thay make a problem if you want to pay with card for small amount (etc.2 coffe or one salad).

Einfach TOP!"
