"Terrible customer service they don’t welcome with a smile or anything to feel welcome; didn’t even suggest anything to us or at least help us with some of our luggage.There was even a blackout & we tried to call reception and no one answered . There were so much noise at night that it was hard to sleep. Breakfast didn’t taste good.Scrambled eggs watery and bacon sausage tasted bad. We tried to eat the bacon but was hard to chew.The only thing we ate were fruits.For the price we paid for 3 days...

"Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. La chambre est correcte, lits durs mais restent confortables. La ventilation fait un bruit désagréable. La salle de bain n’a que le stricte nécessaire. N’oubliez pas votre shampooing et son après, vous n’aurez que le savon pour les mains et du gel douche. La carte qui permet d’ouvrir la porte et d’allumer les lumières à arrêter de fonctionner pour l’éclairage, j’ai dû avoir 2 cartes différentes (qui, de plus, la carte pour la lumière s’était encore...

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. This property is close to Oceanografic aquarium and City of Arts and Sciences. The rooftop pool is small and not heated. If you come for Las Fallas, the midnight fireworks are nearby and enjoyable to watch. If you don’t enjoy fireworks, it is loud during Fallas there."
