"Welcoming staff on arrival. We had originally booked a studio and were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Was spacious and clean. Not that we had travelled to Ballarat on the train but Quest Station was right next to the station. And the premises were within walking distance to cinema and to restaurants "

"Not modern rooms but neat and tidy, not too much noise from the city around you but you can hear the other guests. Overall a good spot for a stop over or just a place to rest your head. I’d skip the buffet breakfast"

"We stayed here for two nights, prior to attending a family function nearby, and it was fantastic. It's very comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious and close to Lake Wendouree. Our check in was quick and professional. Our only complaint is that the wifi continually drops out."

"Very clean, very quiet, would stay here again. Very LARGE gap under balcony door which needs a draught excluder (we used a blanket). No parking space available so had to park out on the street. Office not open at 0940 Sunday morning when we checked out, so unable to pass this information on."

"I think we came during a quiet time which was ideal for us! No noisy neighbours! The room was imaculate and very cosy!! The heater and all other amenities worked amazing they even had a mini heater in the bathroom which was a first and being winter it was AMAZING! a bit outdated but as a castle i think thats the vibe and we loved it! My 3 year old keeps talking about the castle now 😆 i would recvomend coming during the weekend as thats when everything is open we didnt do our research and just...
