"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. "This place is exceptional. We were told by a local that the site was a bank for a long time before being converted to a hotel. The vibe couldn’t be any cooler. "The room I had was definitely NOT the best room at this nice hotel but I needed a budget friendly option. The room opened to the outside and didn’t have AC. I had to leave early so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast that was included. The bed was pretty hard but that’s common in Europe/Italy. But the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!"

"I would stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station and although it is very busy, you are close to the city center. However, slightly far from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge so be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and a reasonable price for the area."
