"The staff members were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel room itself was unique and unexpected with the shower and toilet pods. A little small and crowded, but manageable for 1-person for 1-night. I couldn't figure out how to contact a staff member via phone, so I had to physically go down to the lobby. "

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. We got rooms in basement and rooftop/attic. It is horribly small, especially the bathrooms. There is funny smell in the basement and the lighting in the basement makes it look dingy. "

"Lovely hotel, super location, friendly helpful staff. Hotel located across the road from the MRT line. Beautiful park opposite the hotel. The only disappointment was the cleanliness. The room in general was clean, but skirtings and edges of carpet, especially on the right hand side of the room were very dusty, lower walls had smudges/finger marks on them and the windows had fingerprints and a haze on them. The hallway outside our room hadn't been vaccumed during the 4 days/3 nights we were...

"The room was on the small side, but very clean. Construction outside the hotel made difficult for taxi service in the evening as direct access to hotel is difficult. Morning breakfast was very good with many choices for breakfast"
