"Very hospitable! We stayed 4 nights with our teenagers. We had one room and our kids had one due to the small size room. It was perfect because we did not spend much time in room. Staff is very helpful and patient since we knew little Japanese. The food at the restaraunt is very good and fresh! Laundry was easy to use. We would reco.mend this place it is very close to attractions in Shibuya."

The rooms (at least the single room category I selected) are bigger than most hotels in this price range in Tokyo, and there is a lovely big desk for getting work done. The breakfast buffet is also a treat - loads of Japanese and non-Japanese options. "
