"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard. Just some of the things that did not go down well: 1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant. 2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. "Room is clean, staff so friendly, nice outdoor pool."

"Such a beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel! I felt completely at home throughout my stay. What truly made it special was the staff—everyone was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. They seemed to anticipate every wish before I even had to ask. When I return to Bali, I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!"

"The staff was so welcoming and the views from our room were stunning"

"Absolutely wonderful"

"This hotel is seriously underrated! The property is beautifully designed, combining modern style with iconic Balinese elements. Everything was super clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the whole place had a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the restaurant was also excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Anumana Hotel to anyone visiting Ubud."
